Occupational Health
Helping you do the things that matter most in your daily life.
Occupational therapy (OT) is a client-centred healthcare profession focused on promoting health and wellbeing through meaningful activities, or “occupations.” Occupations include the everyday activities people do as individuals, in families, and with communities to occupy time and bring purpose and meaning to life.
How we might help

Daily tasks
Household tasks such as cleaning, cooking, or dressing.
Professional activities
Work or school activities.
Leisure activities
Leisure activities, hobbies, or social participation.
